Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016
EU Regulation 679/2016 provides for the right to data protection: in compliance with this law, the processing of such data will be carried out in compliance with your rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as your dignity, with particular reference to the principles of fairness, legality and transparency.
We therefore inform you that:
1) The data you provide is processed in your interest for the following purposes:
· activities related to the services requested by the user, in particular for the organization of aggregation events, congresses and training courses (mandatory submission);
· fulfillment of legal, accounting/administrative obligations and management purposes of contractual agreements (mandatory disclosure);
· sending communications, information or newsletters regarding new initiatives and services of the Data Controller, its affiliated companies, partners or customers (optional consent).
2) In accordance with security requirements, the processing will also be carried out through computer systems, as well as using paper materials and images: the data processed will not be transferred outside the European Community;
3) The provision of the data will be done with your explicit consent to the processing and the data will be kept for 10 years after the end of the current relationship;
4) The processing typically concerns personal data: such data will not be disseminated and will be subject to protection by us in accordance with the security measures imposed by law;
5) The data, if necessary to provide a service and/or a service in your interest and for which you have given your consent, may be communicated to:
· to public, welfare, insurance, associative or other public or private entities solely for the purpose of fulfilling specific legal obligations
· external professionals to support the fulfillment of activities related to the above-mentioned purposes
6) The data controller is Iclo Verona SRL – Via E. Torricelli 15/a Verona (Italy); the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is not required because it is not necessary in relation to the data processing carried out.
7) As a data subject, you are protected by the rights listed below
· right to be informed: the user has the right to know how their data is collected, processed, stored, and for what purpose, even before it is collected;
· right of access to data: after the data are collected, the user has the right to access them and to know how they are processed and stored and for what purpose;
· right of rectification: the user has the right to correct data if they are incorrect or incomplete;
· right of oblivion and deletion: the user has the right to permanently delete their personal data (except for other legal obligations, especially in the case of reporting to institutions or guaranteeing authorities);
· right of restriction: the user can limit the use of their data in use or block its use;
· right of portability: the user has the right to move, copy or transfer their personal data;
· right of objection: the user has the right to prohibit the processing of their data without explicit consent;
· right to forbid automation: the user has the right not to let decisions about them be left to algorithms or automation.
