The course has limited enrollment. A minimum of 30 and a maximum of 35 students can be accepted.<\/p>\n
Registration conditions:
\nShould the course be cancelled\/postponed by the Organizing Secretariat, the registrant will have the option to decide whether to keep the deposit paid as a credit for another future course or, alternatively, within established time limits, request a refund. Any hotel\/travel costs that the participant may have incurred will not be refunded.
\nCancellation\/No-show policy:
\nRequests received more than 20 days prior to the event: the participant can choose whether to request a refund or to use the credit for another Med Lab during the year (credit transfer valid only 1 time).
\nRequests received between 20 and 7 days before the event: the participant can ONLY choose to use the credit to participate in another Med Lab during the year (credit transfer valid only 1 time)
